Camping Year Long Internships

Young Life Camping's Year-Long Intern program is a challenging and rewarding year. The program is a life-changing experience that is designed for those who are deeply committed to Christ and have a desire to join camp staff in providing an environment where volunteers and kids can experience Christ. The goal for the year is that Year-Long Interns would grow in an intimate, abiding relationship with Jesus Christ, work hard to support the ministry at camp, and gain a solid understanding of Young Life Camp Staff.
As an employee of Young Life you will be provided with medical, dental and vision benefits.
Requirements:
- A desire to serve others and grow in Christ-likeness as well as a willingness to work hard in multiple camp departments and an interest in Young Life Camping.
- Currently active in Young Life or another Christian ministry.
- Post-high school.
- Willingness to raise part of your salary.

- Lake Champion (Glen Spey, New York)
- Rockridge Canyon (Princeton, British Columbia, Canada)
- Rockbridge Alum Springs (Goshen, VA)
- SharpTop Cove (Jasper, Georgia)
- Southwind (Ocklawaha, Florida)
- Timber Wolf Lake (Lake City, Michigan)
- Windy Gap (Weaverville, North Carolina)

Young Life is a relational ministry. Staff must be able to convey a sense of Christ-like hospitality and concern for guests and staff. Responding to the unexpected needs of a guest in a prompt and professional manner is important. All staff members are expected to represent Young Life positively and professionally within the community and be able to work with and minister to the volunteer high school and college-age young people who attend our camp.
