Description:

​The Rocky Mountain Region (Western Colorado and Eastern Utah) is looking for called followers of Christ to give leadership in several communities around our region. These positions are full- and part-time ranging from entry level staff associates to full-time area directors.

Responsibilities:

• ​Must be called by God and have a heart to reach adolescents with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Young Life volunteer leadership experience is desired.
• Must be willing to raise some personal financial support and have a desire to reach kids from a vast range of diversity in both economic, social and ethnic backgrounds.

Qualifications:

• College degree is preferred.
• Youth ministry experience and compassion for lost kids is a must.
• Must be teachable and have a strong, creative work ethic.

The Rocky Mountain Region is a beautiful landscape of communities (resort, rural and college towns) that has a wide range of cultural, ethnic and economic backgrounds. Estimated hiring range based on education, experience, etc.: $19.24 - $24.07
