Part-Time Regional Training Director - Western Europe Region
Description:
We are seeking a relational, organized, and mission-minded Part-Time Training Director to lead and coordinate training initiatives across the region. This individual will oversee spiritual formation efforts, support staff associate and volunteer leader training, strengthen regional leadership development systems, and maintain key administrative training resources.
The ideal candidate is highly collaborative, spiritually mature, detail-oriented, and has 10+ years of experience in training coordination and leadership development.
Responsibilities:
Spiritual Formation
- Facilitate spiritual formation initiatives for staff and leaders across the region
- Recruit, onboard, and support Spiritual Directors for staff members
- Maintain an updated network and communication system for Spiritual Directors
- Encourage practices that support healthy spiritual growth and leadership development
Associate Training
- Coordinate Leadership 1 (L1) and Leadership 2 (L2) Training programs
- Schedule trainings, communicate with participants, and support trainers
- Ensure training materials and processes remain organized and accessible
- Assist in evaluating and improving training effectiveness
Volunteer Leader Training
- Conduct Volunteer Leader Training sessions for regional leaders and volunteers
- Equip volunteer leaders with tools, resources, and best practices
- Support ongoing development and encouragement of volunteer leadership teams
Developing Global Leaders (DGL) Support
- Identify DGL Representatives in each country within the region
- Support DGL candidates through the application and onboarding process
- Maintain communication and follow-up with DGLs
- Collaborate with regional leaders to strengthen country representation
Administration
- Design, manage, and maintain a Regional Training Website
- Produce and maintain an up-to-date L1 and L2 Trainers Roster
- Organize training records, schedules, and regional communications
- Support administrative coordination for regional training initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- 10+ years of experience in training, leadership development, or volunteer coordination
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated spiritual maturity and commitment to Christ-centered leadership development
- Experience with website management and digital communication tools preferred
- Cross-cultural experience or international ministry experience is a plus
Position Details
- Part-time position
- Flexible schedule with occasional evening or weekend commitments
- Regional or international travel will be required
