Responsibilities:

• Teach English classes 8-16 hours a week in college classroom setting
• Work on a small team of other like-minded teachers and national staff
• Participate in dynamic direct work with students.
• Participate in annual staff events and training events.
• Prepare and organize English conversation lessons.
• Maintain professional relationships with the school officials as well as other teachers.
• Plan and execute regular large group (English Night) and small group (English Corner) meetings

Qualifications:

• ​Adventurous and adaptable attitude for a new culture. Must be able to relate, work and build community in a culture different than your own.
• Bachelor or graduate degree in any field and supportive references are required. Teaching degree not required!
• Experience as a Young Life volunteer is preferred.
• Must maintain confidentiality.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
