Young Life Portugal is seeking a dynamic, relational leader to pioneer and grow our ministry among university students in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities — Lisbon.

Lisbon is a thriving academic hub, home to more than 30 universities and over 50,000 students. From the historic University of Lisbon​ and NOVA University Lisbon,​ to internationally oriented institutions like​ ISCTE – University Institute of Lisbon, Catholic University of Portugal, and Lusófona University, the city attracts a diverse blend of Portuguese and international students. Many programs are taught in English, creating a unique opportunity to build a multicultural ministry that reaches students from around the world.

As the University Coordinator, you will help shape and expand Young Life’s presence across Lisbon’s campuses. You’ll collaborate closely with a veteran Young Life Area Director and serve within a passionate, growing community committed to introducing students to Jesus and walking with them in their faith.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building relationships, casting vision, and creating spaces where students feel known and invited into something meaningful.

Portuguese speaking preferred or willingness to acquire B1 level within 2 years (TBD)
