This position will be an ideal place to do significant ministry while also growing in leadership and receiving Young Life staff training and other professional development opportunities.
Young Life’s staff associate role requires a dynamic, vibrant personality who will lead the charge of Young Life College. This person is a self-starter with a high sense of drive and a missional mindset. She or he loves the Lord and has a growing spiritual life outside of the ministry. This person possesses the perseverance to ask, inspire and motivate volunteers and students in the ministry. This position must be able to multitask and prioritize what is necessary for the ministry at any given time. Presence and relationship-building are primary, and we place a massive emphasis on uninterrupted time with students. If you are craving a job where you are encouraged and freed up to be with students, this role is for you.
