Description:
Eugene Young Life seeks a part-time administrator to assist with the administrative needs of the area ministry.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain payments for area expenses.
- Purchase supplies.
- Retrieve mail and process donations.
- Liaison with the committee house coordinator for Young Life House needs.
- Maintain area communications including committee meetings.
- Serve the committee in interim of hiring an area director.
- Help with the golf tournament and other area fundraisers.
- Monthly Concur report.
- Maintain cash flow upkeep.
- Respond to email.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability and capacity to learn Young Life's systems and software.
- Technologically savvy.
- Accuracy and timeliness are necessary.
