Description:

Part-time (moving toward full-time) job building and leading a team of adults to reach students with the gospel of Jesus Christ (20 hours/week). Hourly wage, with future of a salaried position. Focused on students ages 12-22 with disabilities and their families.

Building a community of parents, leaders, volunteers and students regarding all aspects of ministry.

Responsibilities:

• Build a team of volunteers to introduce students with disabilities to the gospel.
• Host and facilitate weekly club and Campaigners events (e.g., organize, communicate, buy supplies, clean up).
• Connect with students in Park City schools, sports teams, organizations, clubs, etc.
• Attend weekly staff meetings, monthly Board meetings, monthly leadership meetings, and Capernaum-specific trainings offered by Young Life.

Qualifications:

• Experience within the disabilities community.
• A call to reach kids with the gospel.
• Proven leadership skills.
• Proven relational skills with both kids and adults.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
