Goldendale Washington is in the heart of Klickitat County, located just 20 minutes north of the Columbia River. This community is near excellent hiking destinations, sight-seeing, water sports, fishing opportunities and more!

We are looking for a motivated, self-starter with a dynamic faith in Jesus and heart to reach middle and high school kids with the gospel. This Young Life area enjoys growing relationships with local churches and the school district. There is one middle school and high school in the community. This Young Life area will thrive under a servant leader who can build healthy teams and start new initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Overall responsibility is to collaborate with the local Young Life committee, churches and community partners to resource and build teams that share the gospel with teenagers and make disciples of Jesus through:

• Contact Work (going to teenagers where they are).
• Club (outreach/proclamation).
• Camp (outreach/proclamation).
• Campaigners (discipleship).

Qualifications:

• College degree or professional experience with teenagers preferred.
• Vibrant faith in Jesus Christ and local church involvement.
• Teachable spirit and willing to learn and implement Young Life methods in direct ministry and fundraising.
