Staff Associate —
Colorado Springs, CO

Description:

North Springs | Monument Young Life is located on the north end of Colorado Springs. Our area sits along the Front Range of the Rocky Mountains with easy access to many of the outdoor adventures and activities Colorado has to offer, while also being 10 minutes from Colorado Springs downtown and 45 minutes from downtown Denver.

Currently we have active ministry at the following high schools and middle schools in the area led by four full-time staff, three part-time staff, and more than 50 volunteer leaders.

  • High Schools: Air Academy H.S., Discovery Canyon H.S., Liberty H.S., Lewis Palmer H.S., Palmer Ridge H.S., Pine Creek H.S., Rampart H.S., and The Classical Academy.
  • Middle Schools: Challenger M.S., Discovery Canyon M.S., Lewis Palmer M.S., Monument Academy, Mountain Ridge M.S., and The Classical Academy.

We are looking to hire a staff associate to lead high school and middle school ministry in the area. This role is crucial to our area strategy and will impact our community in many ways. We are seeking a staff associate with vision for the future and a desire to directly impact students today. This role would focus energy on the existing Young Life club that combines two high schools as well as giving oversight to WyldLife ministry at the feeder middle schools.

We are eager to welcome a staff associate to lead and serve alongside our existing staff team. The staff associate should expect to be trained well — locally, regionally, and through national training opportunities.
