Description:

The Young Life Moab community is looking for called followers of Christ to give leadership to ministry and kids in our community. This position can be full- or part-time ranging from entry level staff associate to full-time area director.

Responsibilities:

• To oversee kid work (high school and middle school).
• Build ministry teams that will creatively and intentionally pursue adolescents through life-on-life relationships.
• Train and equip volunteer leaders with Young Life ministry methods.
• Raise personal financial support.

Qualifications:

• Must be called by God and have a heart to reach adolescents with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Young Life volunteer leadership experience is desired.
• Must be willing to raise some personal financial support and have a desire to reach kids from a vast range of diversity in both economic, social and ethnic backgrounds.
• College degree is preferred.
• Youth ministry experience and compassion for lost kids is a must.
• Must be teachable and have a strong, creative work ethic.
