Description:

Ingram is situated in the beautiful Texas Hill Country near Kerrville on the West side of Kerr County. We currently have some kids going to Young Life club in Kerrville and have taken Ingram kids to camp in the summers. We also have kids who are coming to WyldLife club in Kerrville, and we do have two WyldLife Campaigners groups that meet in Ingram with a WyldLife volunteer team made up of parents of middle school students. Young Life is supported by Ingram School District, and they would love to see a staff person dedicated to their campuses. This position would have Young Life and WyldLife responsibilities and be part of the team in Kerrville for support.

Responsibilities:

• Personal spiritual health and a vital relationship with God.
• Develop community and spiritual care for a team.
• Build healthy working relationships with school administration, churches, parents, and the community.
• Participate in and lead dynamic direct ministry (contact work, club, Campaigners, and camp).
• Work with the supervisor and Kerr County committee on area fundraising.
• Raise personal financial support.

Qualifications:

• A deep and growing faith in God.
• A passion for reaching lost adolescents and calling others to that mission.
• A vision and plan to grow current ministries in reaching kids, leaders, committee, and parents.
• A servant leader who is teachable, innovative, collaborative, and flexible.
• Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills as it pertains to donors and parents of kids.
• Young Life experience preferred.
