Description:

We are looking for a creative, dynamic leader to strengthen Young Life’s long-standing presence in the West County area. The area consists of the city of Richmond, and the surrounding communities. It is one of our region's most diverse areas. Young Life has a well-established ministry in this area along with a motivated board with deep connections in the schools and across the community.

The ideal candidate would be passionate about learning the unique qualities of Richmond, teaming up with volunteers, ​ donors, and families. Most of all, be excited to demonstrate Jesus’ love to all of West County’s young people

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development.
• Seek and maintain relationships in the community and local church.
• Meet with leadership teams regularly.
• Model contact work, club and discipleship, along with camp trips in the summer and school season.
• Assist in training leaders.
• Raise personal financial support and maintain donor care practices.
• Work alongside the committee and staff to host fundraising and community events.

Qualifications:

• College degree preferred but not required.
